Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
You can cancel within 14 days of the booking date and will receive a full refund of the 250$ you paid up front as a down payment.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 250$ down payment that will be deducted from the final bill. Down payment will be refunded if cancelled within two weeks to the date of move. Moves are generally have a standard minimum fee but don’t go up, unless the scope of the job expands.
What is the process for booking?
First text or email and leave a number. My phone security only allows for texts but once I add you, we can freely call each other. Then we can discuss the job in question, then meet in person to assess what the job entails.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! We have a referral program that will earn you a referral fee for suggesting us to friends and family. We can discuss that during our consultation.
